OFA in collaboration has just finished the Champ de Mars competition in Montréal (CA) and is excited to publish the work after the winners are announced.

Darrel has won an 3-month architect's residency in Rome which is sponsored by The Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec in collaboration with The British School at Rome. The research topic concerns Cities and Complexity.

2009.12 // New Commission: Renovation in Hochelaga

OFA will design a complete renovation to an existing duplex in Hochelaga, Montréal. Construction will begin in the spring of 2010.

2009.10 // New Commission: House Extension in Boucherville

OFA will design a first floor renovation as well as a glass extension to a house in Boucherville, QC. Construction will begin in the spring 2010.

2009.07 // New Commission: Renovation in NDG

OFA will design a renovation to an existing home in Notre-Dame-de-Grâce, Montréal. Construction will begin in October 2009.

OFA will begin a design for the teardown, extension and rebuilding an existing single-family bungalow home in Laval. Construction will begin in August 2009.

2009.04 // New Commission: Villa St. Joseph

OFA is currently designing the interior renovation of an historic single-family house in the Plateau area of Montréal. Construction will begin in August 2009.

2009.03 // Trillium Public Art Competition

OFA has recently completed an entry for the Trillium Public Art Competition in Halifax (CA). The project is a sculptural piece 12 ft in diameter and was created through the parametric software, Grasshopper, for Rhino3D.

We are happy to announce that Maxime, Maurice and Darrel have all completed the EXAC professional exams! The entire team will soon be registered with the OAQ - Ordre des architectes du Quebec.

Darrel Ronald and Maxime Moreau win 2nd Prize during a competition for the ACSA/ASA Charette 2005 in Chicago (USA). Representing the Université de Montréal, the competition focused on innovative steel structural design. The site for the competition was the new Millennium Park in Chicago, facing the recently built Pritzker Pavilion by Frank Gehry.
