OFA is happy to announce that The Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec has awarded the office with a Type B Research and Creation Grant for a 2008-2009 proposal entitled Architecture Prototypée: L’exploration d’une démarche architecturale appuyée par la fabrication digitale.
Open Form Architecture will present their work at the next Pecha Kucha night, on the 3rd May, 2008 in Montréal. The event will take place at the SAT - Society for Arts and Technology.

Representing the Université de Montréal, the competition focused on innovative steel structural design. The site for the competition was the new Millennium Park in Chicago, facing the recently built Pritzker Pavilion by Frank Gehry.
